A secured card issued against a lien on an SBI fixed deposit of ₹25,000 or more, up to ₹5 lakh, with no income proof, salary slips or credit history required — the FD acts as collateral. No annual fee for the first four years, then ₹499 from the fifth year, waived on ₹30,000 annual spend. Credit limit is set at 75–90% of the pledged deposit, so a ₹25,000 FD yields roughly ₹18,750–₹22,500, and the deposit continues earning interest throughout. Earns 1 reward point per ₹100 spent, each worth up to ₹0.25, redeemable against the SBI Rewards Catalogue, plus ₹500 cashback on reaching ₹50,000 annual spend, credited within 15 days. Includes a 1% fuel surcharge waiver on transactions between ₹500 and ₹3,000 capped at ₹100 per statement cycle, Visa payWave contactless, Easy Bill Pay for utilities, and add-on cards for parents, spouse, siblings or children above 18. Open to applicants aged 18 to 75, including holders of Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana accounts. No reward points accrue on cash withdrawals, balance transfers, Encash, Flexipay or fuel. The FD must be non-tax-saver and stays locked under lien until the card is closed.
