The PNB Rakshak RuPay Platinum Credit Card is a specialised card for eligible customers under PNB's Rakshak banking programme. It has no joining fee and a ₹500+GST annual fee, which is waived when the card is used at least once in every quarter of the preceding year. The card provides 300+ reward points on first usage, cashback offers across categories such as utility bills, restaurants and eateries, insurance coverage, concierge services and RuPay merchant offers. PNB's latest MITC applies its standard fuel-surcharge waiver of 1% on eligible transactions, capped at ₹350 per billing cycle.
